It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

At Moges, our products have a 2-year warranty.
Our warranty exclusively covers damage caused by a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover misuse, such as scratched, dented, broken, damaged or worn parts due to natural use, nor the improper use of the parts.
It is essential to present the guarantee.
To carry out a repair we need to make a
evaluation of the part to be repaired.

Moges pieces use 925 silver and silver materials
925 with 18K gold plating. Our jewelry pieces are hallmarked at the Porto Assay Office and certified by INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa Moeda).
We have the Activity Title T8517 – Recognized by
Portuguese Assay Office.
For steel parts, we use 316 stainless steel or the same plated steel.

The pearls used are cultured pearls with irregular shapes. Other semi-precious stones and minerals, such as mother-of-pearl, turquoise, onyx, malachite, lapis lazuli and zircons in various shades.
To preserve your pieces, at Moges we recommend
the following care to keep your pieces at their best:
- We recommend storing the item in an individual bag (the same as the one we offer), in its original packaging or in a closed box.
- Avoid contact with excessive direct light or humidity, as these can lead to deterioration of the piece.
- Bear in mind that the pieces are affected by the external pH, so it is important to avoid, as far as possible, contact with perfumes, cosmetic products, corrosive products, swimming pool water and sea water.
- Remove clothing when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, sand and sea water.
- Remove items before doing sports or physical activity to avoid exposing them to sweat.
- Clean the parts frequently with a clean, soft cloth.
At Moges we will do everything possible to respond to your
customer complaints within a maximum period of 5 days.
For customized or made-to-order products, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
We do not accept returns on (digital) gift cards.
If you wish to exchange or return your product, you must do so within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) consecutive days after receiving it.
(After 20 days, exchanges or returns will no longer be possible).
The product must be in perfect condition and packaging, with the corresponding purchase invoice and warranty.
If the items show signs of having been used, they will not be exchanged or returned.
The customer is responsible for the transportation and costs inherent in sending the products to be exchanged or returned.
The refund of the value of the returned item will be made in
14 (fourteen) days, after receiving and checking the item, for the same payment method used by the customer.
Only the price of the product will be refundable, the shipping price is non-refundable.
Moges reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the product is received. If the packaging sent by the customer is lost or misplaced during shipping, it will not be our responsibility.
In the event of making an exchange, you must do so for an item
of equal or higher price.
The exchange for an item of higher value presupposes the
payment of the difference.
If eventually, the exchange is for a lower priced item
We will issue a voucher with the price difference, this voucher will be valid for 1 (one) year to be used in our online store.
For items purchased during promotional periods or during the
Orange Week, the value for the exchange or return will be the price paid for the item at the time of the promotion.
Only the price of the product will be refundable, the shipping price is non-refundable.
